Glenn Quist lives and works in Elk River, Minnesota which is a small town along the Mississippi River on the fringe of the Twin Cities metropolitan area.

Glenn’s paintings have been shown in several solo and group exhibitions , galleries and public spaces. His work has received numerous awards and belongs to many private and public art collections.

“My paintings are done from my imagination and are meant to reveal a place between or a blending of dreams and reality. For myself the work I do is about quiet beauty, emotion, composition and color. I avoid the narrative which hopefully encourages the individual interpretation of any viewer.”
